Reminder - Deadline nearing

I wanted to remind you that the first deadline for Re-registration is upon us. April 14th will be the final day for those wishing to avail of the 15% discount.

Please be sure to complete the re-registration form before April 14th with the intent to return at this time, regardless of the payment option that you choose.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for being a valued member of the Ignite School community and for placing your trust in us to help grow and develop your child.

While we fully understand that there continues to be a great deal of uncertainty that may make it difficult to confirm plans moving forward, we would be grateful if you could kindly confirm your intent to re-enroll your child for the next academic year 2022-2023.

To secure your child’s place at Ignite School for September 2022, both the online form below and the re-enrolment fee payment must be completed.

Re-registration Form

Kindly note that payment of re-enrolment is available through online payment, or by coming on campus. To confirm re-enrolment, the payment should be made online or at the school's finance center. If payment is being paid online, kindly make sure this fee is marked for re-enrollment and the student's name is mentioned. Re-enrolment is confirmed only after the payment has been received by the school.

The re-enrollment fee amount is fully adjusted against the first term fees of Academic Year 2022-2023 starting in September. Rest assured that if your circumstances change and you leave the UAE, your re-registration deposit will be refunded in full, per KHDA guidelines. Kindly provide any supporting documents.

Please note that if we have not received your re-enrolment deposit before April 14th, 2022, we will assume that you will no longer be with us and the place will be offered to another child from our waiting list. For those who intend to withdraw their child, please complete the Re-enrolling process below and mention it as "Not Re-enrolling".

By re-enrolling your child, you agree that the terms and conditions communicated by the school in writing at the time of your child’s offer of admission and noted in the Parent School Contract shall continue to apply.

* Sibling discount is added for each younger sibling. The discount may be combined with only one of these options: new admission, re-registration, Emirates and government. The sibling 5% rate is applied to the balance after all other discount rates have been availed.

**Parent Loyalty (2%) program discounts will be applied as described within the program guidelines.

لتأمين مكان طفلك في مدرسة اجنايت لشهر سبتمبر 2022 ، يجب إكمال كل من النموذج عبر الإنترنت أدناه ودفع رسوم إعادة التسجيل.

استمارة إعادة التسجيل

يرجى ملاحظة أن الدفع لإعادة التسجيل متاح من خلال الدفع عبر الإنترنت ، أو عن طريق القدوم إلى الحرم المدرسي. لتأكيد إعادة التسجيل ، يجب أن يتم الدفع عبر الإنترنت أو في المدرسة. إذا تم الدفع عبر الإنترنت ، فيرجى التأكد من وضع علامة على هذه الرسوم لإعادة التسجيل وذكر اسم الطالب. يتم تأكيد إعادة التسجيل فقط بعد استلام المدرسة للدفع.

يتم تعديل مبلغ رسوم إعادة التسجيل بالكامل مقابل رسوم الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 2022-2023 الذي يبدأ في سبتمبر. كن مطمئنًا أنه إذا تغيرت ظروفك وغادرت الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، فسيتم استرداد وديعة إعادة التسجيل بالكامل ، وفقًا لإرشادات هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية. يرجى تقديم أي مستندات داعمة.
