Mrs. Wedad's Message
As we end another fun week here at Ignite, I would like to extend sincere appreciation to our students, staff and parents for all of their efforts and support. Please help me in congratulating your child’s completion of their MAP testing over the past 2 weeks. I know this was added pressure on not only students but parents, and we thank you.
This week we successfully started our ASA program. Minor tweaks were made and communicated to those families that are participating. We look forward to even more students participating after Winter Break.
This coming week a school-wide celebration for Cultural Awareness Day will be on Sunday, details are in the below link. We will also be celebrating the Prophet’s birthday throughout the entire week. There will be a variety of school-based activities provided by the Arabic, Social Studies, and Islamic departments. Be sure to follow us on social media to see all these amazing celebrations and activities.
A gentle reminder school will be closed on Thursday, November 21 in recognition of the Prophet’s birthday. Our fall holiday will immediately follow, and the school will reopen on October 31. I wish everyone a safe and restful Autumn break. Enjoy!
