Mrs. Wedad's Message 

I hope that everyone is enjoying the long weekend and the Golden Jubilee celebrations.

Upon return to school, Sunday classes will resume as normal. Students are expected to be in school all week Sunday through Thursday. There is no early release this week.

After-school activities and Gulf Star activities will operate with normal timings this coming week.

One last Ignite Sparks newsletter will be shared next week before the Winter Break. This will include projects and activities for your reference and planning over the holidays and January.

January early dismissal dates are January 6th and January 20th.

Benchmark assessments will start January 12th, more information to follow.

Winter Break starts December 10th and school resumes January 2nd.

 We had the chance to recognize a few of our Parent Teacher Association members for their hard work in preparing for National Day.

Last week your children experienced the formal and informal joys of our National Day program as UAE citizens and residents get ready to celebrate National Day later this week.

Tebo, Ignite Middle School Principal for an informational presentation for our Middle School parents and guardians in an effort to educate on bullying and anti-bullying.
In this informational session, you will learn about:

1. The definition of bullying
2. The 4 types of bullying
3. The supports we offer in our Middle School for scholar conflicts
4. How you can help at home to strengthen our school to home partnership
