After four years in operation, we were fortunate to be the first school this KHDA team visited post-Covid. The inspection team conducted observations in classrooms, met with parents, staff, student, and community members. I am thankful to our Ignite Families, students, faculty and staff for their support and valuable feedback throughout this process.
Our NEASC accreditation visit is scheduled for early Autumn simultaneously with our next scheduled KHDA inspection.
Last week our student attendance was at a record high with 95% and above. This is a standard we would like to see ongoing. Research supports that regular student attendance results in higher academic achievement and higher student outcome.
A reminder that only KG parents are allowed to enter the building from the Front Entrance. If you do not have your Parent Lanyard please be prepared to provide your EID to receive a Visitor Pass. If you do not have your Parent Lanyard, please visit the Admission's Office to complete this easy process. No parents are allowed inside the building after 7:45 as learning has started in the classrooms. Thank you to all of our parents that remember their IDs and are entering the building on time!

We are excited to welcome EdTech's Book Fair to Ignite next week. Children will have the opportunity to purchase books for their home collection. Books are cash-only purchases and average 30 - 50 aed. Every class will take their turn visiting the Book Fair. We have a fun opportunity for children to earn Book Fair Credit by participating in our Social Media "Unique, Unusual or Favorite" place to read photo search.
Monday, March 7, we invite you to bring your little ones for our Kindergarden Registration. As always, we want our siblings to have first seat. We continue to welcome new students for Term 2 and host Registration Days for 2022-2023 on Monday and Wednesday from 3 - 5 pm every week.
